RCOG World Congress brought the profession together around the theme “Equity in care, innovation in action.” The event was designed to feel intuitive, connected and calm, supporting intensive learning while operating seamlessly behind the scenes.
What we delivered
Integrated live experience delivery
As RCOG’s longstanding partner, Rapiergroup applied its Integrated Live Experiences approach, uniting strategy, creative, production, logistics, technology and measurement. This ensured consistency, clarity and control across every touchpoint of a complex, multi-stream congress.
Programme & content architecture
We supported delivery of RCOG’s largest scientific agenda to date, including seven parallel streams, six pre-congress workshops, mini theatres, iPoster presentations and sponsor symposia. This structure enabled choice, depth and flexibility for a diverse global audience.
Digital platform & delegate engagement
A unified digital environment allowed delegates to personalise schedules, engage in live polls and Q&A, and network throughout the congress. Integrated speaker, abstract and programme management streamlined delivery, while six months of on-demand access extended learning beyond the event.
Onsite operations & efficiency
Self service badge kiosks reduced arrival friction and supported nearly 3,000 delegate check ins. Coordinated onsite operations ensured smooth session turnover, speaker management and sponsor engagement across the three-day congress.
Sustainability & legacy
The mobile event app removed printed programmes, aligned with ExCeL London’s carbon neutral standards, and reduced material waste. Scientific legacy was extended through publication of the top 500 abstracts and ongoing digital access to congress content.
