Client objectives & challenges
Create a distinctive, welcoming and highly functional flagship stand for Swift at the heart of Sibos. Deliver an environment capable of hosting meetings, presentations and networking at peak demand, while remaining calm, intuitive and sustainable at record scale.

Client Objectives
Design a stand that embodied Swift’s brand evolution, supported high volume use, and delivered an enjoyable, human-first experience for all delegates.

Challenges
Managing extreme footfall, sustained occupancy and multiple functions within a single space, while maintaining clarity, comfort, and strong environmental performance.

Success Criteria
Consistent high usage, positive delegate feedback, smooth flow at peak times, strong sustainability outcomes and delivery of a memorable flagship presence.
Designing calm at scale
The Swift stand was conceived as a natural counterpoint to the intensity of Sibos. Inspired by the harmony between technology and nature within Swift’s identity, the space was designed to feel open, calm and intuitive, even at peak demand.
What we delivered
Flagship stand architecture
Occupying 1,500 sqm at the rear of the exhibition hall, the Swift stand was positioned to draw delegates through the space while supporting surrounding exhibitors. Lightweight architecture created openness and clear sightlines, ensuring ease of movement and visual clarity throughout. Despite sustained high occupancy, the layout prevented congestion and supported a consistently calm experience.
Human-first design language
The design expressed Swift’s brand through an effortless balance of innovation and humanity. Natural colours, textures and finishes were paired with contemporary materials to create a space that felt both cutting edge and welcoming. Living trees and greenery softened the environment, reinforcing a relaxed, outdoor-inspired atmosphere within the exhibition hall.
Light, movement & atmosphere
Suspended fabric installations and intelligent lighting were used to simulate natural daylight moving across a landscape. Soft, dynamic movement brought the space to life, creating visual interest from afar while supporting a calm experience within. Lighting design played a critical role in making the stand feel alive without overwhelming visitors.
Integrated content & technology
Large-scale LED surfaces were carefully integrated into the architecture, ensuring content was clear and impactful without dominating the space. Digital elements worked in harmony with the natural environment, supporting presentations, messaging and wayfinding while maintaining the stand’s human-first feel.
Sustainable stand delivery
The stand was designed using Rapiergroup’s circular design principles. Lightweight materials reduced transport volume, system builds replaced heavy bespoke structures, and living elements were hired and returned post event. Custom elements were designed for reuse or donation, extending value beyond Sibos.
Operational performance at scale
The stand supported intense daily use, hosting 689 meetings across ten meeting rooms and seven pods. Seating for over 400 people was consistently occupied, while flow and comfort were maintained. Theatre programming attracted approximately 4,500 attendees across the week.
