ALK at EAACI

Translating medical insight into a compelling experiential environment.

Where science becomes experience.

The EAACI Congress is a major international forum for allergy and clinical immunology specialists, bringing together healthcare professionals to share research, clinical practice and innovation.

ALK set out to address a core challenge within respiratory allergy: the lack of urgency among healthcare professionals to treat the root cause of disease rather than symptoms alone. Working in close partnership with ALK and their medical communications agency NOA, Rapiergroup supported the development of a stand concept designed to shift perspective, prompt conversation and encourage earlier intervention.

Experiential zones guided healthcare professionals through the journey: unmet need, patient profiles, product portfolio, commitment, patient support and a closing moment designed for reflection and sharing.

Natural materials, planting and layered spatial design created an environment that felt calm, human and purposeful, while remaining fully compliant with pharmaceutical regulations.

Rapiergroup worked collaboratively with ALK and NOA to translate the creative and scientific narrative into a buildable, compliant and operationally robust exhibition environment.

Our role focused on design and build consultancy, shaping spatial flow, material choices, structural solutions and logistics, ensuring the storytelling intent could be delivered effectively within the constraints of a live international congress.

The result was a thoughtfully structured exhibition experience that brought medical storytelling into physical form, supporting meaningful engagement.
