Renault at Commercial Vehicle Show

A unified global stand design.

Rapiergroup partnered with Renault UK, working closely with Renault Head Office and their internal events team, to design and deliver an 823sqm exhibition stand at the CV Show 2026. The brief was clear: create a stand that showcased Renault’s new generation electric light commercial vehicles while maintaining absolute consistency with global brand guidelines and finishes.

The stand design was developed collaboratively, aligning UK delivery requirements with Renault’s global look and feel. Every element, from layout and materials to lighting, graphics and finishes, was carefully managed to ensure the stand felt unmistakably Renault, while working effectively within the scale and flow of the CV Show environment.

The open, clearly zoned layout supported strong vehicle visibility across the full electric LCV range, creating space for meaningful conversations with fleet decision-makers. Clean sightlines, distinct vehicle presentations and integrated digital content helped visitors quickly understand the product offering without feeling overwhelmed.

Rapiergroup led the full delivery of the stand, including detailed production management, build and fit-out, AV integration, on-site management and services coordination. The scale of the stand required careful logistical planning to ensure a smooth build and a high-quality finish, delivered on time and to specification.

The result was a confident, globally aligned exhibition stand that positioned Renault strongly among key competitors, reflected the brand’s transition to electric mobility, and provided a functional, welcoming environment for high-value industry engagement throughout the show.
