DENZA Flash Charging Showcase

Bringing breakthrough EV technology to life.

Following London Tech Week, Rapiergroup supported DENZA with a one‑day showcase at the BYD Group UK headquarters in West London, marking the first public demonstration of FLASH Charging technology in the UK.

The event brought together media, key opinion leaders and corporate guests for a deep dive into the brands game‑changing EV charging capability.

Presentations and interviews featured Stella Li, Executive Vice President and Bono Ge, UK Country Manager, alongside live demonstrations of the chargers in use with DENZA Z9GT vehicles, the first model in Europe compatible with the technology.

FLASH Charging delivers ultra‑fast performance, with charging speeds of up to 1,500kW. Working with Blade Battery 2.0, the system can charge a vehicle from 10–70% in five minutes and 10–97% in nine minutes, maintaining performance even in extreme cold conditions.

Rapiergroup designed and delivered the outdoor experience, creating an environment that allowed the technology to be demonstrated safely, clearly and credibly. Our team led all creative development, project management, supplier coordination and site delivery, including the sourcing of facilities required for the chargers to be commissioned, tested and fully operational ahead of the live event.

By combining precise technical planning with clear experiential design, Rapiergroup helped DENZA introduce a significant advancement in EV infrastructure to a UK audience, ensuring the technology could be seen, understood and experienced first‑hand.
