Wise

Creating an experience around simplicity and accessibility.

Wise sought to create an exhibition presence that reflected the simplicity, transparency and accessibility at the heart of its platform. The objective was to move beyond traditional financial services exhibitions and create an environment that encouraged conversation, participation and discovery.

Rapiergroup designed and delivered a 96sqm exhibition experience centred around interaction and engagement. The stand combined a welcoming hospitality area, private meeting spaces and a dedicated activity zone, allowing delegates to explore the brand through both structured conversations and more informal interactions. Three private meeting rooms provided space for client discussions, while open networking and breakout areas encouraged spontaneous engagement throughout the event.

The design reflected Wise’s digital-first identity through bold branding, integrated content and a clear spatial layout. A combination of graphic storytelling, meeting spaces and hospitality areas ensured visitors could move seamlessly between learning about the platform, meeting with representatives and networking with industry peers.

Rapiergroup provided creative development, exhibition design, project management and delivery support throughout the project, ensuring the stand balanced functionality, brand visibility and visitor experience within a competitive Sibos environment.

The result was an engaging exhibition presence that helped translate a complex global payments ecosystem into simple, human conversations. By combining participation, hospitality and thoughtful design, Rapiergroup helped Wise create an environment that encouraged delegates to spend time, engage with the brand and better understand its platform.
