The Later Life Lending Summit launched in 2020 and has grown significantly in impact and profile. Now attracting more than 300 attendees, it brings together senior journalists, policymakers, regulators, consumer advocates and industry professionals from across the equity release sector. Rapiergroup has partnered closely with the Equity Release Council throughout this growth, with a particular focus on shaping and delivering the sponsorship strategy. As the Summit evolved into the UK’s leading equity release event, Rapiergroup played a key role in defining and negotiating sponsorship and exhibition agreements that supported commercial aims while maintaining the integrity of the programme.

This approach ensured sponsorships created real value for partners and enhanced the delegate experience. Building on this momentum, Rapiergroup worked with the Council to launch the Lending Summit North, now successfully delivered for two consecutive years alongside the flagship London Summit.
