Sibos brings together over 12,500 delegates from 168 countries, creating a global environment for insight, discussion and connection. From the outset, the focus was on ensuring sponsorship activity delivered genuine value for both sponsors and delegates. 

Working closely with Swift and key stakeholders, Rapiergroup shaped and delivered a wide range of sponsorship and advertising opportunities that aligned commercial objectives with the integrity of the Sibos experience. Activations were integrated across physical, digital and social touchpoints to maximise presence and impact throughout the week. 

A key example was the Connections Lounge sponsored by Google Cloud; a welcoming, free-to-use space designed for informal meetings and meaningful conversations away from the busy show floor. 

Together, this approach supported a sponsorship and exhibition programme delivered at scale, while remaining purposeful, integrated, and valuable for all involved.
