Rapiergroup brings the benefit of its experience as a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) in the association sector, while also bringing knowledge and learnings of other industries into the mix. We are a long-established, experienced agency, grounded in creativity, strong financial management, process, and operational excellence. Rapiergroup is more than a traditional PCO. Founded over 30 years ago, with a background in pure exhibition design and project management, we have extended our offering through organic growth and acquisition.

There are services that we have in-house that a traditional PCO would have contracted-out, such as 3D design of exhibition stands, graphic design, and elements of event show management. Our expertise as a PCO came into the group over 10 years ago, when we acquired Hampton Medical Conferences, and the extensive knowledge of that team has been flowed down into the wider team.
