Cisco World of Solutions formed a central part of the Cisco Live experience, bringing together sponsors, partners and attendees within a re‑energised and highly functional environment. Alongside the wider exhibition, Rapiergroup was responsible for the creative design and production of the main Innovation Theatre and a dedicated Partner Theatre, ensuring conference content sat seamlessly within the show floor.
Rapiergroup led the end‑to‑end delivery of both theatre spaces, from creative concept through to production and integration. The Innovation Theatre was designed as a focal point for thought leadership and product storytelling, providing a clear, accessible setting for presentations while remaining visually connected to the surrounding World of Solutions environment.
Alongside this, the Partner Theatre offered a more intimate space for focused sessions, enabling partners to share insights and engage directly with audiences without competing with the scale and energy of the main show floor. The relationship between the two theatres was carefully considered, supporting clear wayfinding, audience flow and programme scheduling across the conference elements.
By integrating the theatres into the wider exhibition environment, Rapiergroup helped ensure that conference content felt purposeful rather than separate, encouraging dwell time, supporting knowledge sharing, and enhancing the overall delegate experience. The result was a pair of well‑designed, well‑used conference spaces that added real value to Cisco World of Solutions as a platform for learning, engagement and connection.
