Following a competitive tender, Rapiergroup was selected as the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) partner to deliver their first ever virtual world congress.
Utilising Rapiergroup’s hybrid / virtual event platform, the team once again worked in close partnership to create the ultimate user experience for attendees, with a true focus on the new era of fully virtual events to create inclusive engagement for all.
Rapiergroup assisted in the strategic planning from event identity and programme creation to facilitate a global experience, through to commercial modelling.
The congress saw over 3,000 attendees from over 85 different countries experiencing 4 days of world-class global speakers. 94% of attendees surveyed confirmed that they would recommend the event to colleagues.
The event saw 5 virtual event streams each day with over 235 individual presentations.
