Rapiergroup undertook full event management to include delegate logistics, production and branding of the 1-day convention and overnight awards dinner.
Upon entering the venue, the attendee user experience started with an experiential welcome point where guests walked through a tunnel of light and sound before discovering a pop-up merchandise shop.
The main event space showcased the latest products and presentations from the Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands.
The theme of the event was ‘transformation’ and Jim Lawless attended as a guest speaker to inspire on this topic.
Overall, feedback about the event was extremely positive, Partners who had been with the Brands for 20-30 years claimed it as one of the best Renault Group conferences they’ve been to.
