Sibos coming back in-person following a three-year break was a fantastic opportunity to wipe the slate clean, and start shaping the future format of events right now.
Working in collaboration with Swift and partners, we re-thought the visitor experience, creating an exciting new world with a host of experiential and interactive elements that gave Sibos the broadest appeal ever.
This was our most sustainable Sibos. We took a completely new approach to design, minimising on construction and build, but maximising presence and impact. The result was more scenic and atmospheric, and more engaging than ever before.
We worked with local street artists to help tell the Sibos sustainability story, involving the community, showcasing the achievements, but making it clear that there is still much more to be done.
We are proud to have created a completely new presence for Swift at the heart of the exhibition, supporting the launch of their new brand and story. This was an opportunity for them to lead the way with a visibly lightweight concept, proving that sustainable exhibiting doesn’t have to look or feel like a compromise.
Discover was a hall that felt like a totally different world. It was designed to inspire and lift people out of day-to-day business, freeing them up to collaborate, imagine and ideate solutions for the future. A highly theatrical setting, along with the right mix of experiential and gamification elements helped the magic to happen.
And lastly, we have to mention the food hall! We draped the entire space to make it feel immersive, lit it theatrically and dressed it with an amazing array scenic elements. A central stage provided live music, whilst experiential touchpoints surprised and delighted visitors while they enjoyed locally sourced sustainable street food.
All in all, this was a Sibos we feel very proud of. To us, it represented the future of events, happening right now. And we’re already aiming much higher for the next one!
