How we do it

We’ve taken time to learn from our team what they think makes Rapiergroup a great place to work. After all, happy employees deliver the best experiences for our clients. In their feedback, our employees tell us that colleagues’ straightforward and fun approach to projects makes us a joy to work with. Creating a positive environment that people enjoy coming to is a priority and reality for each of us.

We challenge our team to get the best from them, and more importantly, to help all employees achieve their personal goals and career plans. Our team tell us they love working here for the support they get from colleagues and their managers. Egos are out; instead, we focus on service excellence and jobs well done. We know our employees value being trusted and empowered. At Rapiergroup, everyone has to be prepared to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty!

Working in conferences and events means we have to be flexible to meet our clients’ needs. Why wouldn’t we offer the same flexibility to our team? Afterall, we know that work is only one of many plates each of us is spinning! With an office in Ware, Hertfordshire, and the ability to work from home in most roles, our team don’t face a daily commute into London – giving them more time to do the things they love. Moreover, we also offer all our staff flexible start and finish times.

Our values and culture

All our employees live and breathe our core values and help to make Rapiergroup’s culture so great:
