Creating a fully immersive event for key fleet customers.
Rapiergroup created a fully immersive Audi event held for 120 of their key Leasing, Rental and End User customers and 20 Audi UK staff. The event was held at ME London Hotel in the heart of London’s West End.
The event created an environment to showcase the Audi product line up and communicate the 2019 strategy. Rapiergroup produced the event theme, managed the production and the end-to-end guest communication process which included the design and management of the save the date invite, joining instructions, enquiry hotline and website development.
The innovative, stylish and cosmopolitan venue hosted a one day event with overnight stay, consisting of a daytime conference with speakers from Audi UK, The Telegraph and Google. An interactive quiz hosted by Matt Dawson and Jamie Redknapp tested the guests on their general knowledge, combined with bonus Audi questions. In the evening, guests enjoyed the spectacular panoramic views during pre-dinner drinks at the Radio Rooftop, followed by a Black tie dinner and entertainment.
The post event guest feedback survey showed that all event elements scored an average of 4.6 out of 5. An average of 92% of guests scored between 4-5 in their responses which demonstrates the success of the event. Client feedback scored ‘exceeded expectations’ in all 16 survey categories. In summary, the results were very positive and this data will help shape the design of future events.
