Motability Scheme Live marked a step-change for the programme. Designed to feel calm, clear and inclusive, the events brought together vehicles, adaptations, and expert support in one place, enabling customers to explore options confidently and at their own pace.
What we delivered
Programme transformation & governance
We led the end-to-end transformation of the event, introducing a new identity and delivery framework to support consistency across all three venues. Clear governance, robust planning, and integrated health & safety processes enabled confident decision-making and smooth delivery throughout the programme.
Visitor experience & spatial design
The experience was redesigned around clarity and comfort. Key zones such as the Electric Vehicle Hub, Adaptations & WAV Showcase and Scheme Partner areas provided structure and choice. All halls were single-level and fully navigable by wheelchairs and scooters, supporting ease of movement for all visitors.
Digital integration & test-drive management
A dynamic microsite, visitor app and integrated CMS formed the digital backbone of the event. Interactive maps, exhibitor listings, and a bespoke test-drive management platform improved flow, reduced waiting times, and supported 1,167 successful test drives across the series.
Exhibitor & supplier management
We delivered a fully integrated exhibitor management system, streamlining communications, logistics and on-site operations. This supported over 150 exhibitors and ensured a consistent, well-managed experience for partners across all locations.
Accessibility & sustainability
Accessibility was central to every decision, with British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters, quiet rooms, and high-dependency facilities available throughout. Sustainability was embedded through modular graphics, recycled carpets, and digital-first communications, significantly reducing printed materials and environmental impact.
